Yllera Crianza 2020

Yllera Crianza 2020 is a red wine made with Tempranillo - Shiraz - Cabernet Sauvignon grapes by Bodegas Yllera.

Bodegas Yllera is a group of wineries established in the Designations of Origin of Rueda, Ribera del Duero, Toro and Rioja, in addition to having wines covered by the designation of Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla y León.

Preparation and aging

Yllera Crianza 2020 is made with Tempranillo - Shiraz - Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Manual harvest in drawers. Double selection of grapes in the vineyard and in the winery. Destemmed. Controlled alcoholic fermentation at 28º for approximately 3 weeks, and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, it passes into barrels in which aging takes place.

Clarification, stabilization and racking. Subsequent bottling and aging in the bottle.

• View: Yllera Crianza has a dark cherry red color. Clean, bright.
• Nose: Fruity aroma with notes of vanilla, spices, cocoa, very light menthol tones and roasted notes.
• Mouth: Fleshy on the palate with well integrated tannins. Long and persistent finish.
