Talisker Storm Whiskey

Talisker Storm is a Scotch malt whiskey with a powerful and complex aroma, rich and expressive character with notable marine nuances.

The distillery is operated by United Distillers and Vintners for Diageo, and is marketed as part of its Classic Malts series.

Preparation and aging

Talisker Storm has been made by blending several barrels (matured and young malts).

• View: Talisker Storm has an intense gold color.
• Nose : At first it is sober, spicy, fresh and clean. It grows in complexity (like a gathering storm), to explode in the form of honey and berries. Little by little a soft smoke will appear and waves of salty and spicy notes will enter the scene.
• Mouth: Medium body. At first it is a sweet and rich whiskey on the palate, although it will quickly become very spicy and stormy, noticing how the heat of Talisker becomes more and more evident.

Pairing

Talisker Storm is ideal to accompany seafood, smoked fish, caviar, dark chocolate or Comté cheese.
