• Nose: It is smoky and marine. It is slightly reminiscent of the aroma of olives with anchovies, while we can also find notes of pepper and the acid sweetness of green apples. The smoke is very evident, although it is not as heavy as in certain Islay whiskeys .
• Mouth: Round body. Here the peat already has all the prominence, although in the background we can find saltpeter, pepper, acid apple and perhaps the sweetness of the pear. Its finish is very long, smoky and rich in pepper. Without a doubt one of the best things about this whiskey is its rich and long finish full of stages, from the initial smoke through pepper and other spices to the last sweet echoes.
