Hibiki Harmony Whiskey

Hibiki Harmony Harmony includes more than 12 single malt and grain whiskeys from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, with 17 and 21 year old expressions. The 24-sided bottle symbolizes the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar.

Suntory is a Japanese brewery and distillery. Founded in 1899. Suntory began as a store selling imported wines.

Preparation and aging

Hibiki Harmony , created from single malt whiskeys from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, as well as grain whiskey from the Chita distillery. The whiskeys have been drawn from 5 different cask types, including American white oak casks, sherry casks and Mizunara oak casks.

The blend itself was crafted by the Suntory Whiskey blending team, led by Master Blender Shingo Torii.

Hibiki Harmony Tasting Note

• View: Hibiki Harmony has a pale amber color.
• Nose : The nose is soft and floral, with strong pine notes. You will find aromas of orange blossom, vanilla and cinnamon. There are also wood notes, somewhat different from the usual oak aromas that we find in other whiskeys. This is due to the use of Mizunara (Japanese oak) barrels during the maturation of this blend.
• Mouth: Hibiki Japanese Harmony is medium-bodied, slightly oily. A light and complex whiskey that gently reveals its characteristics. You will find notes of honey and a light touch of spice. There are also notes of orange and cinnamon, and a little caramel. Light touches of rosemary and surprising, soft smoky notes.

Hibiki Harmony is ideal to accompany seafood, fish and light meat. Serving Tips Alone, with ice or cocktails.
