Volver Tempranillo 2019 is a wine for lovers of concentration, ripe fruit and spicy notes provided by the wood.

Bodegas Volver is a young and innovative winery from the Jorge Ordoñez group with a presence in various Designations of Origin in Spain. Since its founding, Bodegas Volver has not stopped accumulating awards and recognitions.

Preparation and aging

Volver Tempranillo 2019 is a single-varietal Tempranillo wine. The grapes used to make Volver come from Finca los Jucares, vineyards planted in 1957 that have 29 hectares of land on sandy and limestone soils. The harvest is carried out manually, carrying out a prior selection of the grapes in the vineyard and later on a selection table in the winery.

Vinification is carried out in a traditional way, carrying out malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging in barrels for 14 months.

• View: Back Tempranillo has an intense cherry color with ruby ​​nuances. Clear and bright.
• Nose: Presents subtle aromas of toasted bread, with aromas of earth, spices and a dominant note of black fruits.
