Viñas del Vero is one of the first wineries in Somontano, which discovered a new way of making wines beyond the classic Riojans.

Preparation and aging

Viñas del Vero Syrah 2019 is a vintage wine made from grapes from the Las Canteras vineyard. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation are carried out simultaneously for 8 days at 25-28ºC.

It was aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
