Viñas del Vero Gewürztraminer 2023 is a young, modern, elegant white wine with great personality.

The Viñas del Vero winery was established in Somontano at the end of 1986 with the acquisition of 550 hectares of land in Barbastro and other nearby towns. In 1987, the land began to be replanted with vineyards of the region's traditional varieties.

Preparation and aging

Viñas del Vero Gewürztraminer 2023 is made with the Gewürztraminer variety, a variety from Central Europe. The grapes come from vineyards owned by Pago El Enebro. The production begins with a selection and night harvest. Once in the winery, cold maceration and fermentation take place at a controlled temperature of 10-12ºC. Once the vinification process is completed, the wine is clarified, filtered and cold stabilized until bottling.
