Viña Viejas de la Propiedad 2021

Viñas Viejas de la Propiedad 2019 is a red wine made with 100% Garnacha grapes and with the Rioja Designation of Origin.

Made by the Palacios Remondo wineries that mainly rely on the local Garnacha Tinta variety.

Preparation and aging

Viñas Viejas de la Propiedad 2019 is a single-varietal Garnacha. The harvest is carried out manually, taking advantage of the hours of low solar intensity to keep the grapes fresh. Once in the winery, the grapes pass through a selection table before destemming.

It has a woodation and fermentation process in wooden vats. It is subsequently aged for 24 months.
