Viña Mayor Verdejo 2022 is a white wine made with 90% Verdejo, 10% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and with Rueda designation of origin.

Made by Bodegas y Viñedos Viña Mayor, one of the first wineries to form part of the DO in 1986.

Preparation and aging

Viña Mayor Verdejo 2022 is a white wine with Rueda designation of origin made with Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc grapes from 60-year-old vineyards. The harvest is carried out at night at low temperature during its optimal point of aromatic maturation, and in the winery it undergoes gentle treading.

It ferments for two months at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. It has an aging process on fine lees in tank for 2 months before bottling.
