Preparation and aging

Viña Mayor Roble 2022 is a single-varietal 100% Tempranillo grape. Manual harvest. Grapes transported to the winery in 300kg picking bins. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and cold maceration.

Aged for 3 months in French oak barrels.
