Preparation and aging

Vega Sicilia Único Reserva Especial is a blend of the Tinto Fino, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties. The grape harvest is carried out after a meticulous grain selection process. Transportation to the winery is carried out using small boxes, so that the grapes do not break and do not lose the freshness that characterizes them. Once in the winery, the grapes are destemmed and then macerated at a controlled temperature.
