Txomin Etxaniz 2022

Txomin Etxaniz 2022 is a white wine made with the Hondarribi Zuri and Hondarribi Beltza grape varieties.

It is a txakoli from Getaria, an area to which all the municipalities of Guipúzcoa belong. Among them, Txomin Etxaniz is one of the most famous wineries and with the greatest tradition.

Preparation and aging

Txomin Etxaniz 2022 is made from the native varieties Hondarribi Zuri and Hondarribi Beltza. To make Txomin Etxaniz Blanco, a late harvest is carried out in 20kg boxes at the end of September. Once in the winery, the must ferments at a controlled temperature and remains on its lees until bottling.
