Tres Patas 2017 is a Crianza red wine made with 80% Garnacha, 20% Syrah grapes and with Méntrida designation of origin. Made at Bodegas Canopy.

Canopy Wineries is a young winery focused on organic winegrowing, with a total of 19 hectares of vineyards.

Preparation and aging

Tres Patas 2017 is a red wine made from Garnacha and Syrha grapes in vineyards between 55 and 80 years old. The harvest is done manually. It is made in open vats of 1200 kg without destemming. It has cold maceration for 7 days and fermentation at low temperatures for 15 days in barrels.

Subsequently, it has an aging period of 12 months in 600 and 500 liter French oak barrels, 50% new and 50% from 1 wine.
