Tr3smano Vendimia 2021 is a great Ribera del Duero, with a lot of complexity thanks to its 18 months of aging mixing French and American oak barrels.

Bodegas Tr3smano is the project of Remírez de Ganuza in the Ribera del Duero, looking for old vines to make expressive and rounded wines.

Preparation and aging

Tr3smano Vendimia 2021 is a single-varietal Tempranillo grape. The grapes come from old vineyards located in Olmedillo, Roa, La Horra, Moradillo, Pesquera and Padilla. The vineyards are between 35 and 80 years old and are located on limestone and clay soils.

It undergoes cold premaceration for 5 to 7 days. The aging lasts 18 months and takes place in French and American oak barrels.
