Uncle Pepe

Tío Pepe is a wine made with the 100% Palomino grape variety and belongs to the Jerez Denomination of Origin.

Made by the González Byass winery, which was founded in 1835 to make fortified wines and brandies in the Marco de Jerez. They currently own 1,844 hectares of vineyards spread throughout Spain and produce 49 million bottles of wines and brandies.

Preparation and aging

Tío Pepe is a 100% Palomino Fino single-varietal wine. This wine has been aged in soleras for approximately 4 years.

• Nose: The nose is elegant, with clear notes of yeast and almonds.
• Mouth: The palate has good body, sharp and very dry, with a long and complex finish.
