Preparation and aging

Terrazas de los Andes Selection Malbec 2021 is made with grapes harvested manually during the month of April. Destemming of clusters and slight breaking of berries. Subsequently, fermentation and maceration for an average of 21 days, alternating pump-overs and "delestages".

Aged for 12 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels. Clarified with egg white. Filtration and bottling, after which it remains in the bottle for at least another 6 months.
