Tarima Hill 2021 is a red wine from the Valencian Community.

The hallmark of Bodegas Volver is the artisanal production using native Spanish varieties from very old, less productive vineyards, but which provide greater quality in every sense.

Preparation and aging

Tarima Hill 2021 is made 100% with the Monastrell grape variety. Small plots between 40 and 75 years old, planted in cups and without irrigation, at 600-750 meters above sea level. Aging for 14 months in French oak barrels.
