Preparation and aging

Tagonius Roble 2021 is a blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah varieties.

Aged for 7 months in new French and American oak barrels. It subsequently remains in the bottle for 12 months before going on the market.
