Solo Tirio 2022

Solo Tirio 2021 , made with Syrah, is a young wine, full of red and black fruits, and it also turned out to be fleshy and well structured.

Bodegas Aragonesas were founded in 1984 in the DO Campo de Borja, with a wide range of grape varieties in their vineyards that allow them to make different types of wines.

Preparation and aging

Solo Tirio 2022 is a single-varietal Syrah. Grape selected from vineyards about 20 years old with limestone and ferrous clay soils, with a perfect adaptation to the climate and soil of that area. altitude between 400 and 500 meters above sea level. Traditional method fermenting at less than 25ºC, maceration is carried out over 8-10 days in stainless steel tanks, prepared by the semi-carbonic maceration method of part of the grapes. After malolactic fermentation, a third of the wine is briefly aged in French oak barrels, seeking greater complexity.

• Nose: High intensity, it has a clean and powerful aroma with a marked varietal character. Nuances of ripe red and black fruits are assembled with very powerful floral tones and toasted nuances that provide complexity and quality to the wine.
• Mouth: Soft attack, broad and structured, round, rich in nuances, with a lot of meatiness and long aftertaste.
