Sketch 2022

Sketch 2022 is an Albariño wine made by Raúl Pérez and aged under the sea. He spends 3 months at a depth of 19 meters in a cave submerged in the Ría de Arousa with constant temperature, humidity and pressure conditions.

Raúl Pérez is one of the most innovative winemakers, producing Atlantic wines, in Bierzo and in Galicia.

Preparation and aging

Sketch 2022 is a single-varietal Albariño grape. The harvest is carried out manually, fermentation takes place in 750 liter oak barrels. The aging lasts 12 months in French oak barrels that are more than 10 years old, on its lees.
