Silencis 2016

Silencis 2016 is a white wine from Xarel.lo, with a fantastic acidity typical of this grape, along with an elegant saline expression.

Preparation and aging

Silencis 2016 ferments at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks and ages on lees. The grapes enter the winery by gravity and the atmosphere of the entire process is controlled with dry ice. It is pressed at low pressure and statically desludging at low temperatures.

• View: Silencis has a golden yellow color with slight greenish tones.
• Nose: Aromas of ripe white fruit on a background of white flowers.
• Mouth: In the mouth it is powerful and has breadth and a lot of flavor although it is light and oily in character.
