Remírez de Ganuza Reserva 2015

Remírez de Ganuza Reserva 2015 is a wine made with the grape varieties Tempranillo (85%), Graciano (10%), Pieles de Viura and Malvasía (5%).

Preparation and aging

Remírez de Ganuza Reserva 2015 is a blend of the varieties 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, 5% Pieles de Viura and Malvasía. Controlled temperature prior to fermentation in specially designed cold chambers for a period of 24 hours (between 4 and 6ºC). Grape selection on table. Destemmed bunch shoulders. Fermentation in 7000 liter French oak vats. Malolactic in new barrel.

Aging for 27 months in oak barrels (95% French and 5% American).

• View: Remírez de Ganuza Reserva has a bright cherry color, high layer with ruby ​​flashes on the edge. Fine and intense tears with a slow fall that gently stain the glass.
• Nose: Intense, penetrating and complex aroma. Powerful aromas of ripe black fruit with a background of sweet, balsamic and smoky spices. A creamy and enveloping oak is perceived, very integrated with the whole.
• Mouth: It is powerful, tasty and meaty. It has a soft entry with a velvety touch and a good balance between fruit and aging. Finish with many aromatic memories, from black fruits to fine balsamic notes through toasted and cocoa.
