Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature

The Corpinnat Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature made with Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, like every year, appears on the list of great cavas, a traditional, bright wine, with a subtle and harmonious bubble, dry and fruity. A great cava with 66 months of aging.

Bodegas Recaredo has been producing terroir wines in the Alt Penedés since 1924, specifically, high-quality Brut Nature cavas.

Elaboration

The Corpinnat Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature is a completely dry Brut Nature, without the addition of expedition sugar.

The vineyards are cultivated without herbicides or insecticides of chemical origin, only with fertilizers of natural origin ( organic farming ).

Vinification, production and aging are carried out entirely in Recaredo. In order to provide more structure and elegance to the final cava, 4% of the blend corresponds to wines that have been lightly aged in oak barrels.

The foaming and aging in the bottle is carried out exclusively with a natural cork stopper. Cork is sustainable, recyclable and technically suitable for preserving the original meaning of a long-aged cava.

Disgorgement (expulsion of the lees from the second fermentation in the bottle) is carried out by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle; artisan professionalism and respect for the environment.

Tasting Note of Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature

• View: Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature has a very bright and neat pale yellow color with light touches of gold. With a very fine bubble, it draws beautiful rosaries that end in a delicate crown.
• Nose: Distinguished and cautious mineral background first followed by ripe white fruit with some floral touches. Of great freshness.
• Mouth: Long-lasting, very fresh. Sweet fruit with floral touches on a toasted background. With good and balanced acidity, the finish is long and persistent. The final aftertaste is reminiscent of hints of almonds and anise.
