Description
De Nit Rosé , made with Macabeo, Xarel-Lo, Parellada and Monastrell, seems to us to be a great cava, and it is its daring blend that gives it much of its personality and sensual elegance.
It was in 1872 when Josep Raventós produced the first sparkling wine with grapes from the family estate in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, maintaining this family passion ever since.
Preparation and aging
Raventós i Blanc de Nit Rosé is made with macabeo, xarel-lo, parellada and monastrell. Gravity entry into the winery. In each stage, controlled atmosphere with dry ice. Slow pressing at low pressures. Static desludging at low temperatures. First fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, separating varieties and soil types. Assembly, second fermentation in bottle and minimum aging of 18 months in rhyme position.
