The winery is located on the outskirts of Haro, one of the most privileged wine regions for vine cultivation. The climate in this area is moderate continental, marked by a Cantabrian influence.

Preparation and aging

Ramón Bilbao Verdejo 2022 is a wine made with 100% Verdejo in the Rueda area. After the harvest, it ferments in stainless steel tanks at relatively low temperatures to preserve all the aroma.
