At a temperature of 8-10ºC a blue postmark will appear on the front of the bottle indicating that it is at its optimal drinking temperature.

Preparation and aging

Ramón Bilbao Rosado 2022 is made with Tempranillo and Garnacha varieties. In the production of Ramón Bilbao Rosado, bleeding is carried out by gravity without automatic pressing. The red grapes enter the tank and macerate for two-four hours. At that moment the must is collected by traditional gravity bleeding, without mechanical pressing. The performance is approximately 40%.

It is a must that synthesizes the most primary aromas and flavors, which are reminiscent of the Grenache variety with its floral touches. Fermentation follows at low temperature (14ºC).
