Preparation and Aging

Ramón Bilbao Crianza 2019 is a single-varietal Tempranillo. Perhaps this is the most regular wine of the entire range, the secret is in monitoring the entire cycle of each plot and harvesting it at the optimal time for each of them. Another key point is the separate fermentation of each payment and the final assembly of the wines before aging and in each of the rackings. Fermentation temperatures are controlled up to 28-29ºC and devatting is rapid, when it is seen that color extraction (anthocyanins and tannins) reaches optimal levels.
