Raices das Bouzas Red 2018

Raíces das Bouzas Tinto 2018 is a wine with Ribeiro Designation of Origin. Red cut from varieties from the region, combining 57% Sousón, with 30% Mencía, 9% Caiño Longo and 4% Brancellao.

Preparation and aging

It is fermented with native yeasts and aged on lees for 6 months in French oak vats for various uses. This production process aims to reflect the vineyards where these grapes come from.

• Nose: The nose is spicy, with aromas of plums and strawberry trees.
• Mouth: The palate is herbal, fresh and harmonious. Medium body and elegant finish.

Raíces das Bouzas Tinto is ideal to accompany red meats, hard cheeses, pastas and creamy rice.

We recommend consuming it at a temperature between: 14-17º C.
