Quintaluna 2022

Quintaluna 2022 is an organic white wine from the Rueda Denomination of Origin made by Bodegas Ossian , which was founded by Javier Zaccagnini.

Bodegas Ossian has unique conditions to make different Verdejo white wines.

Preparation and aging

Quintaluna 2022 is a young wine that is made with 100% Verdejo grapes in the province of Segovia (60% old grapes and 40% young grapes). With a soft and low-yield pressing in the winery. It is fermented in small stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 19ºC.

The wine remains in tank on its lees with periodic stirring for 4 months. The wine needs to rest for 48 hours after transfer. The bottles should be kept lying down at a temperature of between 14-16ºC without sudden changes in temperature.
