Quinta Apolonia 2021 is a white wine from VT Castilla-León made by Belondrade and Lurtón.

In 1994, the Frenchman living in Nava del Rey, Didier Belondrade, presented his first wine in Rueda, revolutionizing the market for Spanish whites.

Preparation and aging

Quinta Apolonia 2021 is made with 40% first selections of Belondrade and Lurton Wine barrels, and 60% must from young vineyards that has fermented in stainless steel tanks.
