Protos Crianza 2020, made with 100% red grapes from the country, is an elegant and very aromatic wine, one of the most desired wines by great lovers of Ribera del Duero wines.

Preparation and aging

Protos Crianza 2020s a single-varietal 100% Tinto Fino. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks with temperature control that ranges between 26-28ºC. Maceration lasts about two weeks, with four daily pumping overs.

Aging for 14 months in barrels (33% new French oak, 34% one-year-old French and American oak, and 33% two-year-old French and American oak). Afterwards, aging continued in the bottle for 12 months.
