Premium 2020

Vino Prima 2020 is a red wine made with the Tinta de Toro and Garnacha grape varieties, and with the Toro Designation of Origin.

Made by Bodegas y Viñedos San Román, which since 1997 has owned 100 hectares of vineyards in Toro.

Elaboration

Prima 2020 wine is a red wine with the Toro Designation of Origin, made with grapes from young vines planted in glass and trellised vines, which are characterized by having low production.

The different varieties and plots are vinified separately in tanks with different capacities and materials in order to respect the characteristics of the different plots and be able to analyze the evolution of each grape.

This wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels of different ages.
