Predicador 2021

Predicador 2021 is the youngest wine from the winery, but it should not confuse us: its quality is exquisite.

Preparation and aging

Predicador 2021 is made from the Tempranillo variety and a pinch of the Garnacha variety. The grapes come from vineyards between 20 and 35 years old, from 12 different plots. The harvest is carried out manually in 14kg boxes. Once the grapes have been collected, they are transported to the winery within a maximum period of half an hour to avoid oxidation. To make Predicador, after careful destemming, the grapes ferment in truncated conical stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 19-24ºC for 7-10 days.

Finally, after vinification, Predicador is aged for 15 months in 1-wine French oak barrels.

• View: Preacher has a very intense cherry color. High layer. Bright and with continuous tears, which stain the glass.
• Nose: Intense aromas. Good black fruit accompanied by spicy notes and aging. Balsamic touches that denote freshness.
• Mouth: In the mouth, powerful entry. Juicy and very sweet on the palate. Fresh and with good acidity. Mineral aftertaste. Long and very persistent.

Pairing

Predicador is ideal to accompany grilled red meats, civet, sheep cheeses and semi-cured cheeses.

It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature of between 17-18ºC.
