Pomum Cellars Syrah 2010 is a red wine from Columbia Valley DO based on 2012 syrah.

The founders of this winery are a Spanish couple, Javier and Shylah Alfonso, with roots in Ribera del Duero. This is a small project with artisanal wines, in the wine country of Washington State.

Preparation and aging

Pomum Cellars Syrah 2010 is made with the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. 16 months of aging in 225 liter and 500 liter French oak barrels.
