Preparation and aging

Pinna Fidelis Roble 2022 is made with 100% Tinta del País grapes. Once the grapes have been selected, the wines macerate for 25 days, in order to intensely extract all the concentration of the grapes, and round off and refine the tannin.

Aging in selected American oak barrels from the best forests, remaining in them for 6 months. During its stay in the barrel, the barrels are filled and racked during the spring. Finally it is clarified with egg white and bottled.
