The philosophy of Pinna Fidelis is based on mixing perfect harmony with the traditional nature of production and an innovative way of production, with the aim of adapting to the tastes of consumers of modern, quality wines.

Preparation and aging

Pinna Fidelis Crianza 2019 is made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. The harvest is carefully carried out manually, selecting the best plots based on parameters such as soil type, sun exposure and plot location. Once the grapes are harvested, the wines macerate for 35 days, in order to extract the full potential of the grapes and obtain powerful and elegant wines.

Aging for 12-14 months in French and American oak barrels, periodically performing "batonages" in them, filling the barrels and racking them in spring and autumn. Finally it is clarified with egg white.

• Nose: Red fruit (raspberry and currant) and black fruit (blueberry and blackberry), well combined with spices such as vanilla and clove tones. Light cedar tones.
• Mouth: Fleshy and unctuous with perfectly integrated tannins. It has a long and very pleasant aftertaste that invites you to continue tasting.
