Pesquera Crianza 2021 is a red wine with a lot of personality, long aftertaste and structure.

Alejandro Fernández started this Winery in the seventies of the last century, currently being the flagship of his Group of four Wineries.

Preparation and aging

Pesquera Crianza 2021 is made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. In Pesquera, from August to October comes the Harvest. The branches have turned ocher, as their vigor has transferred to the clusters. It is time for man to continue, in the winery, the work of Nature. 'Pesquera' wines are always made from whole, destemmed fruits. Fermentation, at a controlled temperature, lasts between two and three weeks.

After pressing, and without fining, the wines go directly into a wise and subtle combination of American and French oak barrels with different toasts.
