Pazo Tizón 2022

Pazo Tizón 2022 is one of the whites that has transcended its Denomination, Ribeiro, and has earned a place among the great whites of Spain, for its balance and flavor. It is a blend of Treixadura, Loureiro, Albariño and Godello that shows the best of the Atlantic character.

Preparation and aging

Pazo Tizón 2022 is a blend of Treixadura, Loureiro, Albariño and Godello. The vineyards from which it comes are located in Ourense, at 350 meters above sea level. They are between 13 and 35 years old.

The climate of the area is characterized by cold winters and warm springs as well as summers. The harvest is carried out manually in 16 kilogram boxes. Once in the winery, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC.
