Pazo Señorans Vintage Selection 2014

Pazo Señorans Selección de Añada 2014 is an extraordinary white wine, chosen as the best white wine in Spain in the International Wine Challenge, and scored with 98 points in the Peñín Guide.

Preparation and aging

Pazo Señorans Selection of Vintage 2014 is a single-varietal Albariño grape. The harvest is done by hand in 20 kilogram boxes. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. The aging lasts more than 30 months and takes place in stainless steel tanks on its own lees. Finally, once bottled, it rests for 12 months before going on the market.
