Pazo de Señorans is a winery from the Rías Baixas DO, one of the most recognized in the production of white wines from the Albariño variety.

Preparation and aging

Pazo Señorans Albariño 2022 is a single varietal made with grapes of the Albariño variety (100%). The harvest is carried out manually and in small plastic boxes that ensure the perfect condition of the grapes upon arrival at the winery. The grape undergoes a pellicular maceration, a low-temperature maceration that helps extract the aromas of this variety. Pazo Señorans carries out the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18ºC.

Once the fermentation is finished, it is aged on its own lees, in stainless steel, for a minimum of 5 months before being put into the bottle, where it will rest for a minimum of 4 more months finishing refining.

• View: Pazo Señorans has a straw yellow color to the eye, with some greenish flashes. Clean and bright.
• Nose: Very good intensity on the nose. Typical aromas of the Albariño variety such as apricot and peach along with floral memories.
• Palate: Friendly palate, without edges, with a well-defined volume until the retronasal.
