Preparation and Aging

Pago de Santa Cruz 2021 is made with 100% Tinta del País grapes from a vineyard with an average age of 68 years, located in the Burgos town of La Horra, on the slopes of the Duero River, 814 meters above sea level. sea. Clay-calcareous soils and a continental climate. No mineral fertilizers, insecticides or herbicides are used for its cultivation.

Vinification for payments. Fermentation and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 16 months in American oak barrels.
