Roda I Reserva is a single-varietal Tempranillo grape. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in oak vats and then aging lasts 16 months in French oak and wine barrels. Before going on the market, it remains in the bottle for 20 months. This wine has an intense cherry color, has an intense aroma of black plum and chocolate and its flavor is silky sweet and very fruity. Roda I Reserva is perfect to accompany cod, camembert cheese, beef stews and mushrooms.
