Marqués de Riscal Reserva is a red wine made with the Mazuelo, Tempranillo and Graciano grape varieties. It remains for 24 months in American oak barrels and once bottled, it rests for 12 months before going on the market. This wine is cherry red in color with a high layer, aromas of cocoa and tobacco forest fruits and with a meaty flavor and enveloping tannins. Marqués de Riscal is ideal to accompany not very cured cheeses, stews with mild sauces, cooked or stewed legumes, poultry, red meats, grilled meats and roasts.
