Preparation and aging

Dominio de Atauta is a red wine made with Tempranillo grapes, selected from pre-phylloxera vineyards. It is manufactured in concrete tanks and wooden tanks, selecting the material according to the characteristics of the grapes in each plot.

It is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels (40% new and 60% used).
