Contino Reserva is a blend of Tempranillo (85%), Graciano (10%), Mazuelo (3%) and Garnacha Tinta (2%) varieties. It undergoes a maceration of between 15-20 days, then it is transferred to American and French oak barrels where it will remain for two years, aging that is completed with another two years in the bottle, aging in the cellars until its release to the market. This wine is garnet in color, with smoky and fruity aromas and a noble, long and fresh flavor. Contino Reserva is perfect to accompany cold cuts, cured cheeses, roasted red meats and grilled red meats.
