Roda Reserva is a wine made with the Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano grape varieties. The grapes come from wines over 30 years old with a production of 1.5 kg per vine. The fermentation of the wine occurs in French oak vats and the aging lasts 16 months in French oak barrels, half of them new. Once bottled, it rests for 20 months. This wine is cherry red in color, with a very intense fruity aroma and a long, persistent, delicate and fresh flavor. Roda reserva is perfect to accompany roast lamb, legumes, white fish in sauce, mushrooms, grilled red meats, roasts and spicy dishes.
