Contino Viña del Olivo is a blend of the Tempranillo (88%) and Graciano (12%) varieties from a meticulous selection. It is aged for 17 months in American and French oak barrels. Once bottled, it rests for 1 year. This wine is ruby red in color with a medium-high layer, aromas of fruits such as blackberry and currant and a broad flavor with a retronasal of ripe fruit and cocoa tones. Contino Viña del Olivo is perfect to accompany sausages, grilled red meats, stews and sheep cheeses.
