Elaboration
Pacharán Etxeko Ukerdi 1L is a liquor made by macerating sloe fruits that grow wild with anise. Etxeko pacharán is made from fresh sloes, alcohol, anise and sugar, the sloes come from Navarra plantations and the alcohol from the best quality beet molasses. Maceration lasts about two months, filtered up to 5 times. The result is an intense red liqueur, with great fruit intensity and anise nuances, soft and velvety on the palate with a soft and pleasant final memory.
