Organistrum 2021

Organistrum 2020 is a white wine made with 100% Albariño grapes and with the Rias Baixas Designation of Origin.

Made by the Martin Codax wineries, which was founded in 1986. It has become an emblem of Galician wines internationally.

Preparation and aging

Organistrum 2020 is a white wine made with the Albariño grape variety. The grapes come from vineyards on plots facing southwest.

It undergoes fermentation in French Allier oak barrels. During the first 45 days, botanage is applied and subsequently it remains for 8 months in steel tanks, which ensures that the wine has a good integration.
