Muga Blanco 2023

Muga Blanco 2023 is made with the Macabeo, Garnacha Blanca and Malvasía varieties in La Rioja.

Bodegas Muga is one of the most emblematic wineries in this region and began making wines in 1932.

Preparation and aging

Muga Blanco 2023 is made with the Macabeo (90%) , Malvasía (10%) and Garnacha Blanca grape varieties. The vineyards are located on clayey-calcareous and alluvial soils.

Maceration takes place for 8 hours in the press. It is a white wine that ferments in new French oak barrels. Finally, fermentation ends for 3 months with its lees before being bottled.

• Nose: Floral and citrus aromas such as lime, with toasted notes.
• Palate: Fresh with very good acidity, with a long finish.
